Over The Top Icing's luxury formula comes from 20 years of experience working with buttercream. Silky smooth texture with superior piping consistency. Perfect for filling, icing and decorating cakes. Ready to use.
Storage and Shelf Life
- Store in a cool dry place, ideally below 22°C.
- Extended shelf life — 12 months from manufacture.
- Once opened, keep sealed buttercream in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Ingredients
Vegetable Fats and Oils (palm (RSPO certified), coconut and canola oil), Sugar, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Emulsifiers (E435, E471), Antioxidant (307B), Flavours, Water, Salt, Potassium Tartrate (E336).
Please note: No animal ingredients are added, however it is made in a factory that also processes eggs.
